All Users Report Enhancements

Managing a data collection project can be demanding for researchers. The timeframe where participants record a wearable is crucial for the entire project. In a worst case scenario, data may not be recorded and project goals may not be achievable. 

Therefore, we invest lots of our time to build features that make data collection easy and manageable for researchers. Besides our compliance dashboard, automated data monitoring and automated alerts, we have now enhanced the ALL USERS REPORT with important metrics such as:

🚀 Device Model    
🚀 Device Firmware    
🚀 App Version    
🚀 Last Sync Date    
🚀 Last Successful Sync Date    
🚀 Join Code    
🚀 Join Code Date 

The new metrics allow to effectively check on the following items:

❓Are all users running on the same firmware version? If not, which device needs upgrading?
❓Are all users running on the latest Fitrockr mobile app version? If not, who needs updating?
❓Which user has not synced recently or which user has not transferred all data yet?
❓Which user has signed up with which join code and when? 

The ALL USERS REPORT can be downloaded in the Fitrockr User Management Module.
